ENEAGEX exists to unlock the capital embedded in Africa's operational renewable energy assets — connecting asset owners who need liquidity with investors who want transparent, independently assessed exposure to clean energy cashflows. We do this through a regulated platform with rigorous valuation standards, documented governance, and a secondary market that makes renewable energy investable for institutions and individuals alike.

Renewable energy assets have historically been illiquid. ENEAGEX is built from the ground up to change that — through independent assessment, a regulated secondary market, and a market-making vehicle designed to ensure investors always have a clear path to exit.

Independent assessment

Every asset is independently assessed and priced against live market data before it reaches the exchange. Price discovery is not negotiated — it is engineered.

Regulated secondary market

Token holders trade on a regulated secondary market with a continuous order book. Liquidity is structural, not contingent on finding a buyer yourself.

Liquidity facility

A dedicated liquidity facility is being established to keep assets tradeable and give investors timely, clear exits when they need them. More details to follow.

Over 20 years of financial services experience including 12 years at Investec & RMB in investment banking. Xolani also has extensive infrastructure finance experience accumulated at DBSA, IDC, and Ithala Development Finance. His career has included structuring, due diligence, financial modelling and funding of renewable energy projects, both at utility scale and C&I.
